From December 1st, gas tariffs will decrease by 2.4 percent. 



And no doubt this will come as a relief to the 4.6 million households set to be impacted by the change as this is the first drop in prices since May.

With Trump's deadline looming, Canada waits for news on steel tariffs

READ MORE The countdown is on as Canada waits to learn whether it will face steep U.S. tariffs on steel and aluminum. U.S. President Donald Trump imposed sweeping tariffs in March of 25 per cent on steel imports and 10 per cent on aluminum, but granted temporary exemptions to certain countries. In the case of Canada and Mexico, Trump’s administration tied both countries’ tariff exemptions to the successful renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
