The woman, who can't be named, alleges another attack occurred during a second assembly when Weinstein, who pronounced there had been a disagreement earlier, threw his weight onto a lady and attempted to hang his tongue down her throat.

Kerala authorities estimate rebuilding after flood will cost $3bn

Almost 500 people were killed and a million left homeless after the worst floods in a century hit the coastal state in May.
