US President Donald Trump has extended an olive bend to Iran, only a week after he threatened a country.


Trump now says he is prepared to accommodate Iranian President Hassan Rouhani “any time” and but “preconditions”.


But his Secretary of State fast backtracked Trump’s statement, adding a few caveats to any intensity meeting.


Mike Pompeo wants to see what he calls a change in poise from Iran before any negotiations can go ahead.


Iran was also discerning to set a possess conditions, observant a US contingency react a 2015 chief understanding before any talks can happen.

U.S. President Donald Trump imposed sweeping tariffs in March of 25 per cent on steel imports and 10 per cent on aluminum, but granted temporary exemptions to certain countries. In the case of Canada and Mexico, Trump’s administration tied both countries’ tariff exemptions to the successful renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
