France launches probe into babies born with malformed arms

France has launched a national examine into incidents of babies being innate with possibly blank or deformed arms after aberrant rates of deformations were rescued in several regions of a country, a tip open health central pronounced Wednesday.


Francois Bourdillon, conduct of a Public Health France agency, told RTL radio that a examine was “underway” and a formula would be famous “in about 3 months.”

European court asks Ukraine to compensate Roma for 2002 attack
