Black man killed by Sacramento police was shot seven times from behind, pathologist says

An eccentric autopsy shows Stephon Clark was shot 7 times from behind and took adult to 10 mins to die, according to a pathologist hired by attorneys for his family.
The 22-year-old black male was unarmed when he was killed by military officers in Sacramento, Calif., on Mar 18. They contend they mistook a cellphone he was carrying for a gun.
Police pronounced they were responding to a call reporting someone violation automobile windows. Clark, a father of dual immature sons, was in his grandparents’ backyard when shot.
Dr. Bennet Omalu told a news discussion Friday that Clark was shot in a right behind side of a neck and had a cluster of wounds in a top right side of his back.
The pathologist said any one of those wounds would have been fatal, and that Clark would have died in three to 10 minutes.
Police have pronounced Clark was confronting and advancing toward officers when they fired, and that they could not proceed him for 5 minutes.
The pathologist said Clark also suffered an eighth gunshot wound to a thigh that occurred as he was descending or already on a ground.
Clark’s death has stirred indignant protests and a solve to force changes in military departments around a country.
His brother, Stevante Clark, is assisting disband tragedy in California’s collateral city by seeking protesters not to keep disrupting a downtown NBA arena.
Protesters determined his calls on Thursday not to retard fans from entering a Sacramento Kings locus as they had for dual prior games. They instead protested for several hours on downtown streets nearby, restraint cars during rush hour.
Stevante Clark’s calls came only hours after an romantic arrangement during his brother’s funeral.
